National Operations Business Analyst Lennar Title Group 2021-December 2025
Lennar Title Group formed after the sale of North American Title Retail offices.  Retained Lennar Homes builder business as CalAtlantic Title changed to doing business as Lennar Title.  Focused on Lennar Homes (NYSE LEN) and affiliates new construction. Homebuyers' experience in purchasing the American Dream with a “Tickled, Delighted & Happy”™ experience.

●    Spearheaded analysis and optimization of centralized National title operations, overseeing performance of onshore and offshore outsourced partners.  Supported special projects including operational expansions and change management initiatives.  Developed and distributed monthly production efficiency and defect reports, enabling data-driven continuous improvement.

   ●    Designed and launched OurRecords, a national compliance platform for license tracking of internal staff and external partners, enhancing regulatory adherence.

   ●    Designed the Bulk Pay initiative, transitioning repetitive payees from paper checks to electronic bulk disbursements, saving over $275 annually in production, overhead, and postage costs.Eliminating over 1 million paper checks, advancing the company’s paperless payment strategy and environmental sustainability goals.

Executive Vice President Continental Escrow 1995-2001

●    Merged Continental Escrow Corp. into North American Title Company becoming one of the largest settlement companies in the nation, as a subsidiary of Lennar Corporation. 

●    Led transformation of settlement services to align with Lennar Standard Work in cross functional teams including: Financial Analysis, Operations & Budgeting, Hiring Negotiations and Vendor Agreements, Workflow Documentation through Service Plans, Service Level Agreements and Intracompany Contracting. 

●   Accomplishments include: Regional Production Team of highest volume and revenue producing Region in the country. Recognized for the Design and implementation of the first fully automated and integrated Refi Commitment System in the company resulting in a 75% reduced cost.
