I build scalable operating systems that connect people, process, technology, and governance. My experience spans national shared services, regulated title and escrow operations, financial controls, platform implementation, vendor partnerships, and executive decision support.

At North American Title during its sale to States Title, later Doma, I supported the CFO and COO and led approximately 300 associates across seven production centers and 11 vendor partners. Redesigning workflows and deploying technology increased productivity from 8 to 25 transactions per associate and reduced production costs by approximately 65%.

I created and published the Enterprise Excellence Management System (EEMS) to translate strategy into accountable execution and lasting organizational capability. My leadership combines operational excellence, workforce readiness, executive analytics, and governed AI enablement.
